Millenium Fitness International (MFI) warrants to the first purchaser that the Body Cycle will be free from defective workmanship and materials for the period specified in the table below. This warranty is non transferable.
Frame: Avenger 5 years Limited to: Welds, Excessive abuse and damage caused by cleat shoes. Not including: Paint shavings causing rust due to improper maintenance.
Flywheel Bearings 1 year Limited to: Normal wear. **
Quick Release Handle 2 years Limited to: Normal wear. **
Bottom Bracket 1 year Limited to: Normal wear. * **
Pedals 90 days Limited to: Normal wear. * Not including: Toe-clip straps (2) and cleat bracket.
Seat (Saddle) 1 year Limited to: Normal wear. * **
Grips: 1 year Limited to: Normal wear. * **
Kevlar Belt 1 year Limited to: Normal wear. Not including: Results due to excessive tension
Leather Brake Pad 1 year Limited to: Normal wear. * Body Cycle Lubricant required
Flywheel 1 year Limited to: Normal wear. * Chrome protector required
Crank Arms 1 year Limited to: Normal wear. * Warranty void if pedals are removed
-Polish flywheel with chrome protector. ( once a year)

Body Cycle Limited Warranty - Defender TM
Millenium Fitness International (MFI) warrants to the first purchaser that the Body Cycle will be free from defective workmanship and materials for the period specified in the table below. This warranty is non transferable.

Millenium Fitness International (MFI) does not recommend usage of the Defender (Free wheeler) in a group cycling environment. The following warranty does not apply if the cycle is to be used in similar (group cycling) conditions.

Body Cycle Limited Warranty - The Champ
Warranty is void if the product has been ridden by an adult. Warranty is void if the product has been ridden by someone aged over 12 years old or weighing over 200 lbs.
Frame: (Champ) 2 years Limited to: Welds and misalignment of frame. Not including: Paint shavings causing rust due to improper maintenance and damages due to misuse.
Flywheel Bearings 120 days Limited to: Normal wear. **
Quick Release Handle 1 year Limited to: Normal wear. **

* Normal wear: Result of proper use of the Body Cycle indoor cycle trainer, parts are subject to inspection for warranty.

* * Limited warranty: Normal wear*, no excessive abuse, good maintenance (see the basic maintenance guidelines above), Damage result of improper assembly and maintenance is not covered by warranty. Parts, frame or any other Body Cycle parts are not covered under warranty if dropped, damaged due to improper storage and/or user misuse. Parts are subject to analysis for approval.
During the warranty period, M.F.I. agrees to either repair or replace, at their option the defective part(s), mechanical part(s) at no charge. Labor charges shall not be covered at any time by M.F.I.. If parts are shipped, M.F.I. requires the return of replaced part(s) for inspection before new parts are sent, shipping charges are not covered under warranty.

This warranty does not apply to appearance items of the product, the exterior of which has been damaged, defaced, or subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, lack of normal maintenance, abnormal service, or handling as determined for this model.

This warranty is void if the product has been altered or modified in design or construction. M.F.I. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from defects in the product.

The warranty described above shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Correction of defects, in the manner and for the period of time described above shall constitute complete fulfillment of all liabilities and responsibilities of M.F.I. to the purchaser with respect to the product, and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. In no event shall M.F.I. be liable or in any other way responsible for any damages or defects in the product which were caused by repairs or attempted repairs by anyone other than a Body Cycle service provider. Nor shall Millenium Fitness Int'l be liable or in incidental or consequential economic or property damage.
